We successfully delivered a precision-machined black polyethylene terephthalate (PET) inspection fixture to a manufacturer of quality control equipment. This compact component measures approximately 30 mm × 5 mm × 1.5 mm and was machined from black PET. It features two precision mounting holes and multiple elongated slots across the centre section. This micro-slot array enables precise optical or airflow inspection functions in automated test systems.
